This is a soundproof panel that constitutes an assembly-type anechoic chamber. It is a steel soundproof panel finished with highly corrosion-resistant steel plates and assembled using bolts. Despite its slim thickness of only 100mm, it exhibits high sound insulation performance. Internally, it enhances soundproofing through three elements: “sound blocking,” “sound absorption,” and “vibration control.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Element 1: Sound Blocking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It maximizes the sound blocking in the mid to high-frequency range. This is achieved by leveraging the rigidity of steel and the sandwich effect of the multilayered structure of the plate material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Element 2: Sound Absorption<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sound absorption in the mid to high-frequency range is achieved through high-density sound-absorbing materials. It realizes low-frequency absorption through resonance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Element 3: Vibration Control<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vibration is controlled through vibration damping materials, adhesive layers, steel bridges (stiffeners), and inner bolts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
